FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

General Product Questions

Do your bidets fit all toilets?

Almost every toilet. We designed them that way.

Our bidets work with both round and elongated bowls, one-piece and two-piece toilets - basically, the toilet you already have.

Not sure which type you have? Measure from the mounting bolts to the front of the bowl. Around 42 cm means round, 47 cm means elongated. Either way, you're covered.

The mounting plate twists to fit custom hole patterns - because not every toilet follows the same rules. We adapt to your setup, not the other way around.

The only exceptions are some specialty designs with very limited space. If you're unsure, just reach out - we'll help you figure it out in minutes.

Because the right fit should be effortless.

What tools are needed for installation?

Almost nothing. That's the point.

Toilet stool: Just a screwdriver. One tool, done.

Bidet: A screwdriver and a wrench (or forceps if that's what you have handy). Two simple tools that most people already own.

No specialty equipment, no trip to the hardware store, no drawer full of gadgets you'll never use again. We believe installation should be as thoughtful as the products themselves.

Are the bidets non-electric or do they need power?

Completely non-electric. No outlets, no wiring, no complications.

Just connect to your existing water supply and you're ready. This makes installation incredibly simple - no electrician needed, no hunting for the perfect outlet location, no worrying about water and electricity mixing.

Pure water pressure does all the work. Sometimes the best solutions are the ones that keep things beautifully uncomplicated.

Can I install it myself or should I hire a plumber?

You've got this. Everything is designed for straightforward installation.

No special skills needed, no complicated tools required. Just clear instructions and products that work with you, not against you. Whether you're handy or haven't touched a wrench in years - these installations are made to feel manageable.

If you'd like a helping hand, a relative or friend can make quick work of it together. And if you'd rather have a professional handle it, any local plumber will breeze through the setup.

The choice is yours. We just make sure every option feels easy.

How do I clean and maintain the bidet/toilet stool/brush/bin?

Simple care for lasting performance.

Bidet attachment: Wipe down with mild soap and water. The nozzles appreciate a gentle clean - nothing harsh, just enough to keep things fresh. A soft cloth works perfectly.

Toilet stool: Bamboo loves simplicity. A damp cloth and mild cleaner keep it looking beautiful. Let it dry naturally - bamboo knows how to take care of itself.

Brush: Even easier. Just rinse with water. The silicone head releases everything it needs to, no scrubbing required. Clean water in, clean brush out.

Bin: Wipe down the exterior and both lid mechanisms with a damp cloth. The dual-opening system stays smooth with just occasional cleaning of the tracks and hinges.

Good design means less work for you. These products were made to stay beautiful with almost no effort.

Troubleshooting

The bidet is leaking – what should I check?

First, breathe. Leaks look scary but they're usually simple fixes.

Start with the connections. Check where the water lines meet the bidet - sometimes they just need a gentle tightening. Not too tight, just snug enough to seal properly.

Look at the nozzle area next. A small drip there often means something needs realigning or a quick clean.

If the leak persists, it might be calling for a professional touch. Some things are worth getting right the first time.

The nozzle isn’t retracting – how do I fix it?

Sometimes the simple things get stuck. It happens.

Try gently pulling the nozzle back by hand - no force, just a steady, patient pull. If it feels stuck, check for any buildup around the mechanism. A bit of mineral deposit or soap residue can make things stubborn.

Clean around the nozzle housing with that same mild cleaner we mentioned earlier. Often, a fresh start is all it needs to glide smoothly again.

The beauty of a manual system is its simplicity. No electricity means fewer things can go wrong - and easier fixes when they do.

The trash bin lid isn’t closing properly – what can I do?

Don't worry. This happens, and it's usually an easy fix.

First, check if anything is blocking the path. Sometimes a stray piece of trash or buildup around the hinges can throw things off. A quick clean usually does the trick.

If your dual-opening system feels stuck, try both ways - the top lift and the side slide. One path might be clearer than the other. Gently work the mechanism a few times to help it find its rhythm again.

Still having trouble? The tracks might need a light wipe down, or the springs could use a gentle adjustment.
